Once we’ve completed the formalities and gained access to your web properties it’s time to get started with our Onboarding & Discovery Session. This is when we’ll introduce the team members that will be working closely with you on your SEO and PPC strategy. Aswell as the introductions we’ll ask you lots of questions to gain an in-depth understanding of your business model, your other marketing channels, your ideal customer persona, sign off processes, and of course your goals for search marketing. This session is designed to be an open discussion so we expect to discuss lots of new ideas too.
With our expert-led Audit and Blueprints in place our team will present them to you and begin discussing the strategy to ensure that everyone from our team and yours knows the plan. This is also a chance for you to give feedback, raise potential roadblocks, and get set up on our project management tools.
Now that our blueprints are in place and everyone is on the same page we will begin implementing our SEO and PPC strategies in line with the monthly actions lay out in our roadmap. Thanks to our specialism in search we are able to implement all aspects of SEO and PPC campaigns including on-site content creation, technical SEO fixes, Google Tag Manager integrations, website development tasks, link building, and more.
Across all our SEO and PPC services we set up and integrate accurate website performance and conversion tracking to help us make informed decisions throughout the campaign. We also provide you with a dedicated custom dashboard to track your overall website and search marketing performance any time of the day. On a monthly basis we will hold catch up meetings to review the past months performance, give you an update on our actions, and discuss any other areas which require your input.
In order to keep you ahead of the competition we set aside time every 6 months to review your SEO and PPC strategies; keeping a close eye on the results and the search landscape to identify whether our strategy needs to pivot or remain the same in order to reach your goals.
At the end of each roadmap we set out we will review the results and once your goals have been achieved we’ll set out a new roadmap that aims to drive more growth.
