The Project

Purple Patch are a London based corporate event agency. At Brick we helped them to optimise their paid search campaigns and streamline their website to suit their target customer profile.

THE SCOPE

Purple Patch are a well established event agency in London but understood that to continue to operate successfully they needed a future proof online presence. They had an existing Google Adwords account that was under-performing and not returning the new client response they wanted.

THE APPROACH

As always we began by diving deep into the business and the industry to understand the type of clients Purple Patch were looking to attract. Following this we analysed their existing paid search campaigns to identify areas that could be improved on.

TAKING ACTION

After analysing the business website and Google analytics reports we identified a high bounce rate which we addressed by optimising the site to clearly communicate the message of the business and their services. This was also helped by a keyword clean up where we removed any keywords that were bringing irrelevant users to the site, leading to wasted budget and more bounced sessions.
Using our keyword research and bid strategies we integrated more relevant keywords that continue to bring higher conversion rates on the website contact forms
