The Project

Multiliving are a luxury kitchen company based in West Hampstead where they supply Scavolini Italian kitchens from their beautiful showroom.

THE SCOPE

Multiliving had never invested in their SEO in past and therefore were not aware of the potential exposure they could by ranking higher in Google when their potential customers were searching for kitchen showrooms and related search terms.
Multiliving approached us at Brick Digital to discuss whether there was an opportunity for them to grow their exposure on Google, which could lead to more footfall in-store and more bookings of their design consultations.

THE APPROACH

Multiliving were already investing time and resource into online marketing through email marketing and Facebook advertising, but were now looking to add more users to the top of the funnel with a view to long term growth. Hence why we suggested a local SEO campaign to help them not only appear higher in Google organic results, but also to gain exposure in the Google map listings due to their plush showroom.

TAKING ACTION

Keyword Research – Identifying the perfect keyword list to focus on was important for this campaign as always, therefore the first step was to use previous data and competitor analysis to identify search terms that the target audience may be using to find kitchen showrooms like theirs.
Google Business Listing Optimisation – Despite its great design it was important to not only focus on ranking the website, but to also ensure their Google Business Listing was appearing in the map listings when customers who were nearby their showroom were searching. Therefore our team got to work cleaning up their Google Business Listing and ensuring it was ending all of the right signals to Google.
On-Site SEO & Content Creation – Their website was well designed and converted traffic into inquiries very well, but was not communicating well with Google through the content it held. We worked to change this by developing a content strategy and building out the knowledge base of their site to provide the right information to both Google and potential customers visiting the site.
Link Building – Due to the competition level in their area and industry we were tasked with improving the overall authority of the domain name for Multiliving, so that they were recognised as an authentic and trusted business in their area. To do so involved building contextual backlinks from related publications through content publishing and PR distributions which drove not only more backlinks but also referred traffic to the site.
